I am a poet with roots in Spain, currently residing in California. My education and training are in science, and I’ve had a decades-long career in biotechnology. Poetry has always drawn me in. I first began writing poems as a teenager in my native Spanish.
After decades away from writing, I returned to poetry in 2025, this time in English.
